Southern Farming Systems has just employed our fourth Graduate Reasearch and Extension Officer.  “We are really pleased to be offering positions to young graduates” said Bret Ryan, CEO.

Cameron has recently started with SFS as a Research Extension Officer in May 2023. He has spent the last three years working as a Technical Officer for Cobram Estate Olives on their Boort grove in northern Victoria, where he has been involved in horticultural agronomy and operations. He holds a Bachelor of Agriculture with Honours (research) from the University of Melbourne. Cameron has a keen interest in cropping agronomy and innovative agricultural practices.

Cameron joins Jessie Wettenhall, James Palmer and Harriet Barber in the graduate team who are all mentored by the senior research and extension officers.
