Clover for Crops Ute Drive 2026

Explore how clover fits into your cropping program

Producers and industry stakeholders are invited to join us for a field day showcasing how innovative farmers are using clovers and vetch in their cropping systems to maximise nitrogen inputs and optimise profit and productivity.

Highlights:

  • Rob Cameron, Mt Mercer– Benefits of using white clover as a ready made over crop sown in the crop rotation. In 2026 both white & balansa clover have been sown with faba beans.
  • Andrew Whitlock, Rokewood – Using a mix of vetch and wheat for grazing and hay production.
  • Travel to the Rokewood community hub to hear an update on how other clover demonstration sites are progressing & our learnings.
  • Plus special guest Michelle Jolliffe, Agriculture Victoria discussing hay & silage production.
