Fields of Future Dinner – Young Agricultural Professionals

Join us for an Unforgettable Evening!

The inaugural event for the Young Agriculture Professionals (YAPs) network is set to be an event you won’t want to miss.

Featuring special guests including Geelong Cats premiership player Rhys Stanley, the inspiring Dr Elle Moyle of Pathfinder Angus and hosted by the charismatic Oli Le Lievre from Humans of Agriculture, this evening promises to be both enlightening and entertaining.

Guests can look forward to a night brimming with a delicious dinner, refreshing drinks, and captivating stories. Discover the connection between football and farming communities, how these passions can build resilience, foster togetherness, and strengthen our communities in both joyous and challenging times.

Please RSVP by 30 July. Bus transportation will be provided from multiple pickup points throughout the Western Districts to ensure everyone can join in the festivities. Buses will run the same route home after the event has concluded.

Don’t miss this dazzling kick off to the YAPS network—it’s going to be a night to remember!

Anyone 18+ is invited to attend! This is an opportunity to bring our rural communities together, the dinner is open to farmers and their friends, partners, family and employees, as well as industry and community.

Please don’t be discouraged to attend if you don’t consider yourself ‘young’ or a ‘farmer’. The Young Agricultural Professionals Network events are simply targeted at the youngest active generation on farm (regardless of age), but are open to everyone from farmers, those working in the agricultural industry, or those with an interest to learn more and socialise with like-minded people.

The Field of Future Dinner is supported by Southern Farming Systems through funding from the Australian Government’s Future Drought Fund.
