As of 2020 ASIC has given companies the approval to conduct virtual Annual General Meetings without the need to also hold a face-to-face event.
All SFS members are welcome to join the Annual General Meeting and we encourage members to participate electronically.
Notice of AGM 2021
Notice is given of Southern Farming Systems Annual General Meeting to be held virtually on Friday 3rd December at 8:00am.
Director Positions
Notice is given that two director positions are available for appointment.
Nominees to Board positions and the Board’s recommendations for appointment are as follows:
- Nick Paterson (representing the Streatham Branch)
- Mark Williams (representing the Hamilton Branch)
The term of appointment is two years.
